Self-nurturing is a cornerstone of the priestess path. When we nurture and care for ourselves, we recharge our batteries and have more to give. During self-care, we can take the time and change our vibration so that we are manifesting those things that we truly desire.

You are vibrational being first and the signal you are emitting is being answered all the time. What we emit, we attract. This is why it is so important to take care of ourselves and soothe ourselves into a good space where we magnetize what we truly want. Inside is a ritual that can help you get clear on what it is you wish to attract to you and then you can use the ritual bathing to embody the feeling of it being so.

As you prepare your sacred temple bath, dream into what it is you truly want. See yourself having this right now and use this bathing ritual to anchor in your sacred dream!

In the temples of old, there were beautiful, deep baths where the priestesses would ritually bathe before ceremonies and special events. Imagine walking into the inner realms of a temple and seeing the sacred baths sprinkled with rose petals, or your favorite flowers. The uplifting scent begins to take you into another realm.

Soothing • All Natural • Inexpensive

𝒜𝓂𝓅 up your self-care routine by making your own bath salts in the comfort of your own home. Give yourself the gift of feeling nourished and relaxed by the simple act of incorporating ritual bathing into your daily routine. An inexpensive way to bring the health of the spa to your very own bathroom. 🛁

𝒴𝑜𝓊 𝓌𝒾𝓁𝓁 𝓃𝑒𝑒𝒹 ✨
Epson Salts
Himalayan Sea Salt
Essential Oils

𝒪𝓅𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃𝒶𝓁 ✨
Dried Flowers
Nourishing Skin Oil

ℐ𝓃𝑔𝓇𝑒𝒹𝒾𝑒𝓃𝓉𝓈 ✨
4 cups Epsom Salt
2 cups coarse Himalayan Sea Salt
25 drops essential oil of your choice
Optional: Dried flowers (you can use anything handy from your garden) roses were used in this recipe.
Optional: 1/4 cup almond oil or jojoba oil (if you like additional oil benefits in your bath salts)

ℐ𝓃𝓈𝓉𝓇𝓊𝒸𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃𝓈 ✨
Mix all the gathered above ingredients in a glass mixing bowl. Use mason jars to store until use. Store in a cool dry place for up to 3 months if you use oil, up to 6 months if you do not use oil. If you are using flower petals such as lavender or rose petals, it is a good idea to use a hand held strainer to scoop them out before you drain the tub so they do not clog drains, etc.

ℰ𝓃𝒿𝑜𝓎 ✨
This recipe makes 6 cups total, allowing you to enjoy about 6-12 baths total depending on how much you use. Place 1/2 cup up to 1 full cup in your warm bath for a gorgeous relaxing bath session.

    1. Oh the sacred waters of Mama Gaïa! Enjoying this mix very much! With joy and gratitude to you Elizabeth and Da vid! Love and light. ♥️🙏🌸

  1. Thank you for this reminder. It is exactly what I need. In Jewish tradition, the New Moon Festival is for women. I don’t know much more than that but I do know that it is for women.

  2. How lovely are you! I was thinking about you last night as I was about to go back into the last of David’s books I’ve been reading, ‘The Ascension Mysteries’. I was thinking how you have Graced his life and likely, his – yours. You are a very beautiful Priestess / Queen / Goddess / Woman. I took the journey with you and David and Dannion last summer. I loved how you and Dannion interacted. He was / is clearly dazzled and charmed in your presence! You three are so sweet and fun to spend time with. I am 67 years of age and so in the crone stage of my womanhood. I know I generate a lot of healing with the people I interact with. My vision/focus for my new moon bath is for the children; boys and girls and the women and men who have been so shattered by the torture and abuse by the satanic cult(s) of Lucy-fer…I won’t type his actual name. Keep being beautiful lovely Elizabeth!

    1. Thanks from deep heart dear Soul Elisabeth for this gift.
As Wendy (I am 67) McConky said I love seeing you reunited with David creating powerful Energie of pure Light. Have been with you 3 in Ascencion Mysteries , loved it.
Since January I am creating my biggest dream into reality and from all direction coming helping tools.
      Hope you are all well!
      Blessed be

I dont have a bathtub at the moment, but can still use this as a body scrub in my ritual cleansing shower to scrub away what no longer serves, and bring in all that I desire. Thank you for this delicious recipe! Much love to you and David!💕💖🥰

  14. I did this and manifested while still in the tub. I had the singing bowls playing on my phone next to the tub and in about 8 minutes the phone rang! Not only did I get the message I needed, come to find out this person offered me a job as well and could possibly have one for my 17 year old granddaughter who wants to learn realestate. Plus, he lives on the street I grew up on and we all the same people. He even new why my family had to leave and he new our last name! What!????????

  15. This is lovely. I will try tonight. You are a true goddess…. beautiful and sacred. And, I love your sexy voice. It’s mesmerizing. Much love, SiStar. <3
